1. Which parts of the product are customizable?
You can customize the fabric cover,frame board,and letter sticker:
Fabric Cover: Personalize both the inner and outer sides with your own designs or patterns.
Frame Board: Black or White.
Letter Sticker: Add any phrase,color,or graphic you like - within the same area size as the standard version.
2. How many boxes ship andWhat’s included in the package?
If you purchased the standard version,you will receive three boxes:
- 2.8×1×0.5 ft,19.8 lb — contains the Photo Booth cover
- 6.9×0.7×0.7 ft,46.3 lb — contains the Photo Booth frame board,PET film,and 6 LED light sets

3. Is the front text position fixed?
No,the text sticker is fully repositionable. You can place it anywhere on the surface according to your preference.
4. What if I don’t know how to install it?
No worries! A quick installation guide is included in the product description,and you can follow along with our detailed installation video on YouTube for step-by-step instructions.
5. Are there instructions to add words on the front?
The letter stickers can be applied anywhere you like by simply peeling off the backing. You can also refer to our product photos for inspiration.
6. Is the front plexiglass will it ship bent or straight? Can it be stored once used
The transparent film on the front is made of PET. It will be rolled up for shipping,and should be unrolled for use. After use,it can be rolled up again for storage.Can be reused.
7. If order it with customized words will it come with the stickers only with the customized phase
If you buy the original frame boards design,you will receive two rolls of stickers: one with the original design and one with your custom design. If you buy the custom frame boards design,you will just receive your custom design.
8.The back of the frame board has many screw holes—do I need to connect all of them?
There are five sets of screw holes on the sides and bottom of the frame board: two on each side and one in the middle. You only need to use one set of the screw holes on each side to secure it. The remaining set is a backup,in case the other set gets damaged.
9.Are replacement parts available for purchase (such as PET sheet front panel,frame poles,connectors,or LED strips)?

10.Is the included “black handbag” suitable for frequent transport and storage in use? Could you share its dimensions and material?
There are a total of three bags:
- The bag containing the frame board is made of single-layer polyester fabric. It is intended for transport only and is used to protect the product.
size: 6.9×0.2×0.7 ft - The bag containing the PET film is made of single-layer polyester fabric. It is intended for transport only and is used to protect the product.
size: 6.9×0.5×0.7 ft - The bag containing the stand and other items is an Oxford bag,which is sturdy and durable.
size: 2.8×1×1 ft

I loved the Magazine Photo Booth it was perfect for my event. The only thing we struggled with was removing and trying to repositioned the vinyl letters without damaging.

We loved the Magazine box. It was a huge hit on NYE! It wasn’t that easy to put together the first time around but I’m sure that will improve over time. The men just needed a woman’s brain 🤣 I had a slight issue with the front plastic, due to shipping and they resolved immediately without question. Their customer service is top notch every time!
